We kindly request that clients arrive 8 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This will allow them time to use the restroom, grab a coffee, and address any questions they may have.
If you are running late, please message us and let us know as soon as possible.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes for tardiness. However, after this period, if we cannot accommodate you, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment if necessary. In case of cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
