Refills are recommended within 21 days of the initial eyelash application. After this period, the full service fee will be charged. Depending on the condition of your lashes, removal of old lashes may be necessary for the new application. In the event of removal, the removal fee will be doubled. Please note that we do not offer refills for lashes applied by another Salon.

avoid any damage to your natural lashes. If you have any concerns or questions about aftercare,
consult with your lash technician or a professional in the salon where you got the extensions

For best results, be sure to wash your lashes in the morning and evening with our Lash Bath Eyelash Foaming Cleanser, or after a workout. This will remove any excess oil on and around your lashes. Brush your lashes daily with your lash styling wand. Avoiding oil-based or waterproof cosmetics and creams on and around your eyes will help with retention, keeping your new look its best, longer.
